Prices and Booking

Prices start from £150 per night and the minimum rental period is usually 2 nights (depending on the time of year).  We accept one night bookings last minute and during quieter periods, full details on our online availability checker.

Special rates can be negotiated for rentals over 14 nights, regular guests or corporate use, please call or email with any requests.  No deposit required for advance bookings, reservations should be settled in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Smoking is not permitted and we regret that pets are not permitted in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided for the numbers stated in the booking reservation.  Gas & electricity costs are included in the rental price.

The apartments can be accessed from 4pm and should be vacated on the day of departure by 10.30am.  Subject to availability it may be possible to arrange extensions on these times.

About Us – Audrey has been involved in the tourism industry for over 25 years, running Caley Cruisers, part of her family’s marine based business, managing a fleet of 28 high quality vessels available for self charter holidays on Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal.  In 2013, along with her partner Gary, Skye Holiday Lettings was started when Blue Sea Cottage was purchased as a short term holiday let. Based on the success of Blue Sea Cottage, Claigan View was purchased in 2014, fully renovated over the winter and made available to the holiday market during the 2015 season.  Both cottages enjoy stunning views across to the western isles, have beautiful interiors, luxury bathrooms and provide a fantastic base for enjoying the wonderfully romantic Isle of Skye.

In order to expand the business, Apartment 39 was purchased in 2016 and became part of their new venture of Inverness Holiday Apartments.  The first season was highly successful so Apartment 27 was soon purchased and brought to the market in 2017. Both apartments have been well received by our many guests and they enjoy a very high quality ranking on (being in the top 5% of Inverness accommodation) and have a customer satisfaction rating of 9.6/10.
